Delivery & Returns

Because every ASoc product is a digital key, there's nothing to ship. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your key and download instructions appear in your account and arrive by email — usually within seconds.

On rare occasions a payment needs manual review, which can add a short delay. If your key hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact support — we'll sort it quickly.

Unused keys can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Once a key has been revealed or redeemed it can't be refunded, as it can't be resold. Faulty or non-working keys are always replaced or refunded.

Open a ticket from your account or email our support team with your order number. Most eligible refunds are processed within three business days.
